Steve Cook, Second Act Literacy Foundation - Helping immigrants get GEDs, make connections, etc.
Andrew Davis, Host Huski - love to help design and review websites especially for non-profits.
Analisa Davidson, Healthy Bite Brigade- healthy snack options for home, school, and the work & providing job opportunities for neurodivergent young adults. Interested in joining the Chamber.
Tom Gibbons - semi-retired CPA.
Terri Stapley, Stapley Accounting- good time for a year-end consultation to review your business needs for the New Year.
Chris Olsen, Smithfield City - Also owns a private business, Vision Adventure LLC, involved in security consulting, etc.
Ryan Benson, Sierra Restoration- home remodeling and emergency restoration work.
Trish Ybarrando, Yardmaster- offering top-dressing services, also with cold weather coming soon- offer snow removal especially want to be sure the elderly in the community are taken care of.
Amanie Crosbie, Sky View High School- recent food drive was wildly successful. The counseling department is taking on larger needs assessment of family and student needs in the Sky View community. Will be working closely with Night of Giving and other groups to meet needs.
Jimmy Birman, United Way of Northern Utah- food and coat drive starting soon, will send more information on flyers.
Zach Manwaring, Whole Body Healthcare- treating a lot of headaches lately, able to treat people with less conventional and less invasive treatments like ozone injections. Also sponsoring/supporting a food drive.
Birch Creek Elementary- Veteran’s Assembly coming up, trying to assess needs of students, and Thanksgiving Break is quickly approaching.
Kris Monson, Smithfield City Mayor- Storybook Festival happening on December 8th at 5:30.
Danny Hansen, Cache Valley Bank- great low interest rates available.
Jace Cox, Backbone Planning- retirement planning etc.
Toni Wood, McDonalds- new snack packs are doing well, holiday deals are coming up, and a new deal for an adult meal similar to a kids happy meal.
Richard Varella, Smithfield Recreation Center- Upcoming events: Turkey Trot Nov. 22nd- already has 100 more runners than normal registered. Expecting 600-650 runners, dress up and have some fun. 9am start program and day of registration, 10am Race start time. Rec. Center is 25 yrs. old in November- watch for fun activities and celebrations at the Rec Center. Businesses that want to add items to Racebags need to deliver items to Richard at SRC by Nov. 17th.
Liz Villegas, Cache Valley Refugee and Immigration Connections- group is really struggling. Any and all help/donations would be appreciated. Would love to help connect businesses to minorities in the area and have minorities support businesses in return. Excited for “America 250 program”- meeting tonight at 7pm.
Trevor Larson, 1)The Antics- Family friendly comedy group at the Coconut Cove location on Fridays, 2nd Friday is student discount night. Would love to be part of work Christmas parties, willing to do charity shows benefiting your charity. . 2)USU Credit Union- rates are going down, it’s a great time to refinance. Have options to refinance now and buy later, and vice versa. Lock in a low rate now, and get a lower rate later.
Diana Parker, Farmers Insurance- Farmers has partnered with Moen for new auto water shutoff systems to prevent additional damages. Can provide installation, parts and a gift card under the new program. Call for more details.
Aaron Rudie, Mayor Elect Smithfield City- excited to work with the Chamber. The Community supports the work being done here and is excited to see what else can be done. Thank you to everyone that helps improve our communities.
Jay Downs, City Council- excited to see so much support from businesses attending the meeting today. Hope we can continue this momentum in the community.
Jack Johnson, Community Books- will be promoting his work later in the meeting.
Dan Fast, Sandstone Psychology- serve the mental health of individuals, businesses, veterans, families in the community. Offer a free mental health screening with a QR code that helps people get a better feel for their mental health and recognize if they need to reach out for additional help.
Tori Wanner, Zions Bank- “small bank with big bank capabilities” echoes what has been said earlier about falling rates and opportunities to refinance, home equity, and financing options. Also a plus, when you call you can talk to people instead of a robot.
Anita Gerber, Learning Turtle Preschool- A local preschool, not a childcare. Have a few spots open. They made it through Halloween and are gearing up for the holiday season with Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Scott Nielsen, Schrieber Foods- looking for people to hire in Logan and Smithfield plants; company is expanding soon. They run 24hrs./day, 7 days/week all year round and pay starts $22-23/hr. and averages around $30/hr.
Allyssa Warner, Family Place- Giving Tree campaign is beginning, looking for some businesses to participate.
Josh Watts, Preston Watts- New technology, a brand new tow truck and other new equipment to help with all your car repair needs.
Jon Engler, City Council Liazon, also Story Coach- business tells family stories in a fun, memorable way. Extended thanks to Mayor Kris Monson for her many years of dedicated service.
Bodey Hunsaker, Alpine Cleaning and Restoration- cold weather is coming, remember to winterize your hose bibs to prevent damage now or later. As snow comes, recommend moving snow away from home’s foundation by minimum of 3 feet.
Mike Summers, Sunrise Elementary- Christmas events in the works, evaluating the needs of students and families- food, family experiences, etc. Grateful for the Chamber’s help
Ange Johnson, Summit Elementary- preparing to provide for the needs of Summit families. Echoed gratitude for the Chamber’s help.
Jack Johnson, Discover Heritage Hub- Community Historical Books and online records including books, maps, lists and contacts of resources in the area including cemeteries, businesses, and stories. Business Reviews finished at 12:55.

- Hope to have $150 per child, but if needs exceed donations, may need to reduce the amount per child.
- 56 tickets left. If not able to attend but still want to contribute, donations can be made online.
- Help with cleanup after the auction is appreciated.

Plan on picking up names to shop for a family and pick up items for your families from the “Giving Tree” while you’re there.
