Golf Tournament

The Greater Smithfield Chamber of Commerce is excited to present the 17th Annual Tri-School Golf Tournament at Birch Creek Golf Course in Smithfield. This event will be held on Wednesday, May 8th. All proceeds will go to the three elementary schools in Smithfield.

The schools plan to use these funds in the following ways:

• Birch Creek Elementary - Table and Chair for the media center
• Summit Elementary - Playground Equipment
• Sunrise Elementary - Playground Equipment

Each school is responsible for recruiting ten (10) teams, five (5) hole sponsors, and as many donations and raffle prizes as possible. If you golf or know someone who does, this is the event for you!

Team options:

• $800 Full Team (18 holes of golf with cart, breakfast, lunch and beverages for each golfer)
• $1000 Full Team (18 holes of golf with cart, breakfast, lunch and beverages for each golfer, plus 4 Raffle Books, each valued at $200)
• $1200 Full Team (18 holes of golf with cart, breakfast, lunch and beverages for each golfer, plus 8 Raffle Books, each valued at $200)

Other options:

• Hole Sponsor - Sponsorship requires hole supervision. This works best when you have a game or activity for the golfers. You can also give out advertisements for your business. The cost for a hole sponsorship is $100 or donation of a raffle prize valued at $100 or more.
