Business Reviews

Family Place - Princess Party sold out and was a great success. Over 100 Volunteers helped out and a great time was had by all participants. April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month - to raise awareness of this issue join them on April 8th at noon at the Cache County Courthouse to recognize local victims of child abuseand negkect and learn how to help stop these problems from heppeneing in Cache County. Also keep their Dinner/Auction in mind - April 24th.

Eagle’s Landing - Been open since October 2019. Available for receptions, meetings and parties. Availability M-Thurs in 4 hour blocks and 11 am - 11 pm on weekends. All linens are included with many colors available. Call for pricing.

Stapley Accounting - Business taxes are due March 15th; personal taxes due April 15th. If you need help, give them a call.

Farmer’s Insurance - Thanks so much to the community for their support. They can help with home, life and auto insurance. Summer is coming so don’t forget your boats and ATV’s.

Smithfield City - Lots of growth is happening, with additional annexations coming. Working on sewer lines in the western part of the city to accommodate 200 new homes. Roolee is still working on their new building.

Cache Chamber of Commerce - Looking forward to April 28th, when they are bringing the Greater Cache Economic Summit at the Riverwoods Conference Center. This will feature speakers, panel discussions and a Taste of Cache Valley. Trying to include all businesses in Cache Valley in the planning and invites our Chamber to participate.

Schreiber - Still hiring and expanding. Great job for college students as they offer tuition assistance. Eat more cheese!

Sunrise Elementary - Hosted a STEM Activity with 1000 participants. Thanks to everyone for their support.

Sky View High School - So proud of their students. Phil Morris read an email from Green Canyon principal Dave Swenson thanking the student body for their support of a Green Canyon student who received a Sportsmanship Award during half time of the 4A Basketball Championship.

Summit Elementary - LIteracy Night is coming up - all students will receive a book. Also gearing up for One Book, One School, where the entire school will read The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe and participate in daily activities and incentives. Taking a team to the Thermo Fisher STEM competition in Msrch.

Birch Creek Elementary - Hosting a Parent Engagement NIght on March 18th, where parents can learn engagement skills (discipline tips and how to stay active in their child’s education) and participate in STEM and Literacy activities. Students competing in Leader In Me event at USU this month.

Alpine Cleaning - They clean carpet, tile and upholstery. They also help with home restorations due to Water, Fire, Water or Mold damage. Check your hoses now that spring is coming.

Cache Valley Bank - Interest rates are down for both 30 and 15 year loans. No feel checking and savings accounts are available. Also just gave a $10,000 grant to the Smithfield LIbrary.

Smithfield Lion’s Club - Join them for their annual Spaghetti Dinner on April 9th - all funds raised go towards causes they support. Also looking for new members. Come support them in April and May at the Blue Sox games by guying concessions. They have a Lion’s Social in March. Also, they sponsor a Cub Scout troop if you are looking.

American National - Don’t forget to review your life insurance!

Farm Bureau - Located in North Logan, just in front of Green Canyon High School.

Let us know if you would like to participate! We are looking to provide more eggs to account for growth.

Golf Tournament

If you are interested in being a hole sponsor or providing a golf team for the tournament, let us know! The schools will probably be contacting you for help with this as well as raffle prizes.
